A Settlement Agreement settles all existing and potential employment disputes and normally record the terms and payment to be provided by the employer in full and final settlement of the employee agreeing to waive or settle their claim.
We restrict our fees to what the employer agrees to pay in the Settlement Agreement.
The normal process is that the employee recveives the agreement and then contacts us to advise on its contents and implications.
